For the sake of this document - at this point in time - not knowing the actual dates of the Celtic Festival in question for your particular Country, City, Region or Area, the Festival shall simply be referred to as the CELTIC FESTIVAL. Once your dates are set then the identifying Festival Name shall coincide within these appropriate Seasons as set out above.

10.00 am will be the Grand opening of the first day of the Health, Wealth and Stealth - Four Seasons - Celtic Festival featuring all aspects of Humane Wellbeing. International tourism, potential investment and entertainment will all be Major Festival influences. Venues of lecture pavilions for special guest speakers and a multitude of display areas will accommodate your country’s local commodities and specialist suppliers of all commercial products, including importing and exporting.
WEDNESDAY - DAY ONE
10.00 am - 9.30 pm This concept of the Celtic Festival will run 10.00 am - 9.30 pm from Wednesday until Saturday.
On Sunday the final day, the hours will be 10.00 am - 6.30 pm also allowing for all involved in:

HEALTH:
All of the corporate entities from the ‘Host Countries’ involvement in the Health & Wellbeing Industry (i.e. Weight loss, Diet, nutrition, fitness and health fraternity), will be invited to occupy commercial space for stalls that they will use for their ‘product-promotion’ during Festival hours throughout the five days, catering daily to multiple tens of thousands of interested patrons. They will have experts on hand to respond to all forms of public enquiries. Medical experts will also be in attendance in a professional advisory capacity. Regular lecture times will cater to seminars by that country’s Leading Advisors with everything to do with health, from breast abnormalities to problems of potential prostate… from enhancing cosmetic & dental surgery;

WEALTH:
Experts from Banking and Corporate and Government Bodies will be advising on the latest state of the art financial advantages within the current market place. All of the very latest information on survival within the current state of the Global economy and how that will continue to affect you and yours on a day to day basis. Health, Wealth and Stealth is in essence a CELTIC FESTIVAL ‘connecting’ a trilogy of celebration and the area of Stealth is the almost unknown Celtic culture and mythological ‘hidden history’ of a long time passed. Regular lecture times will cater to explosive seminars by invited CELTIMANIA PROJECT experts discussing the intriguing esoteric acronym of the actual word CELTS:

The famously known and also unknown artists and sculptors in your area will be invited to an introductory Celtic Arconic Art & Craft Seminar, some time prior to your Festival starting date. Celtimania Project expert authorities on Celtic mythology will lecture on various subjects with natural connections to Celtic antiquity. These artists will then be left entirely to their own interpretations, with the assistance of an open line ‘Advisory Division’ if they wish to seek advice about anything to do with Celtic indigenous artistry.
Special Arconic Art effects via computer technologies are welcome. Art in all forms - Black and white charcoal drawings, water based colours and elaborate canvas oil paintings will all be accepted for our ‘Selection Committee’ to choose applicable entrants.
All Sculptures in clay, wood, steel, marble, plastic and glass or any other ‘Art’ accepted substance. In fact, any/all Celtic Sculptures can be submitted for approval and selection as entrants. Essays, Poetry and song writing are also three important divisions within our Celtic Arconic Art & Craft competitions. Artistic arrangements of ‘miniature Celtic gardens’ featuring any of the Thirteen Trees of the Druidic Thirteen calendar months (Including Celto-Gothic, Astro-theology, Sacred Geometry - complete with Warriors, Druids, Dragons, Witches and Goddesses etc).
*Every art form selected will be on display during the entirety of the Celtic & Craft Five Day Festival and promoted for potential sale on behalf of the artists.
10.00 am Wednesday will be the Grand opening of the first day of the Celtic Arconic Art & Craft Festival which will be open the entire 5 Days and Nights, opening every day at 10.0 am and closing at 9.30 pm every night - except on the final day-Sunday, the Celtic Arconic Art & Craft Festival will close at 6.30 pm immediately after the final ‘Celtic Arconic Art - Auction’. This early closing on the final afternoon is due to the 8 pm starting time for the MMA - BALL (Matadors - Martial Artists Ball) being the very last and one of the most spectacular events on this final night of this five day event Celtic Festival.

CELTIC ARCONIC ART - AUCTION
The much promoted Celtic Arconic Art - Auction will have ‘one very special item’ that has been selected to go under the hammer to accord this auspicious occasion on day one, Wednesday at 1.00 pm. Several aspiring artists yet to be named will be commissioned to paint their interpretation of this amazing ‘Celtic Arconic Art - Décor’ which the winning entrant will be that one very special item for Auction - a must for the corporate boardroom wall where winning is the only process.
This will be an interestingly different action portrait of each countries warrior hero of Celtic mythology.
Boudicca - Britain, Belgae - Belgium, Vercingetorix - France, Viriato representing both Portugal and Spain as in this time these countries were the Celtiberian Peninsula, etc; with as many Celtic mythological warriors for almost every country in Europe.
We will celebrate each of these inaugural Celtic Festivals with arconic paintings of our ‘Celtic Warrior Hero’ either going to - during - or returning home after a successful day of ‘dealing’ with the enemy on the battlefield. Corporate identities be warned, bring blank cheques.
Every Art piece put up for Auction each day of the Celtic Festival will have a reserve price of approximately 20% under the estimated retail market value of the piece. All bidding will commence at this value - for any bidding that does not cover this 20% reserve there shall be - NO SALE - without written consent of the artist in question.

Thursday - day two, there will be two pieces of art auctioned from 2 pm.

These fifteen arconic art effects have been especially chosen to be auctioned during the five days for their potential of going under the hammer to establish the market value of this new and different form of Art. This will of course enhance the value of everything on display at this particular Celtic Festival.
*A nominal door charge general admission fee will apply for all visitors to the Celtic Festival Arconic Art Show. Patrons will be advised that ‘A major percentage of these entry charges collected will be presented on Sunday night at the Matadors & Martial Artists Ball to your Country’s:

CELTIC FASHION PARADE
For one hour every day at midday there will be a CELTIC FASHION PARADE; these designs will either be eliminated or chosen to move forward towards the finals on day five - Midday Sunday. All major Universities of the Country involved will be invited to compete for the honour to have ‘their design’ worn during the walk down the red carpet by our female celebrities. This will be a feature of their arrival to the GRAND OPENING of the final Festival attraction, the FOUR SEASONS MATADORS & MARTIAL ARTISTS - BALL on Sun-day, the Festivals fifth and final night.
*This competition will be judged by local fashion industry experts, the TOP Fashion-Finalists will win prizes for both themselves and the University that they represent.

All HIGHLANDER events and specific athletics division’s compatible with improving specific skill-sets of the Ancient Celtic ‘War-Sports’ Machine.

All Highland Marching Bands Associations within the boundaries of your country will compete in a standard elimination process for overall unique sound, plus marching and presentation skills.

Four Seasons Celtic Festivals take pride in their various productions that cater to all different age groups and the many diversified sectors of the community during these five day events. The CELTIC RAVE’N PARTY is always our Saturday Night Highlight Event and is designed to attract a particular age group within the Education System statistics of eighteen through twenty five year olds.
This event will be marketed specifically through the Universities of the Host City as an event which is particularly designed for them, the students themselves. The CELTIC RAVE’N PARTY dress code is come as you want, although to encourage fancy dress ups there will be prizes for the best dressed CELTIC RAVE’N- RAVE’RS who come as either Gothic characters, Warriors, Druids, Witches, Fairies, Goddesses or Hags plus clowns, goblins and skeletons will be accepted. You can come complete with Celtic face make up and tribal body painting, dressed as an ancient Celtic warrior ready for the battle-field. Or you could even come simply wearing an easily detachable ‘face-mask’ that suits the occasion, this is more than acceptable.
